These Terms of Service govern your use of Med Spa Receptionist services, operated by Tok Gems LLC. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Med Spa Receptionist provides AI-powered receptionist and appointment booking services for medical spas and aesthetic practices, including 24/7 call answering, appointment scheduling, email follow-up, and related features.
Month-to-Month Plans: Fees are billed monthly. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with 30 days' written notice. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Annual Plans: Your pricing is locked for the full duration of the contract period. We will not raise your rate during an active annual term. At renewal, new pricing may apply. Annual plans may not be canceled mid-term except as described below.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in writing by Tok Gems LLC.
Month-to-month subscribers may cancel at any time with no penalty, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Annual subscribers are committed for the full contract term. Early termination of an annual plan may be subject to a fee equal to the remaining balance of the contract.
Standard setup is completed within 24–48 hours of onboarding. Complex integrations or custom configurations may require up to 1 week. We will communicate expected timelines during the onboarding process.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, to interfere with our systems, or to misrepresent your business to your clients.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for missed appointments or lost revenue resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tok Gems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For month-to-month subscribers, continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Annual subscribers will be notified of material changes; changes will not apply to active annual terms.
